We have always recognized that each client has only one case, one closing, one transaction, and to that client, that case is the most important, the most urgent thing in his or her life. We treat each and every case that way.

We are a three-lawyer firm, with 15 support staff, and we represent people! Our emphasis is on the problems of individuals and smaller businesses. We try lawsuits for injuries to our clients, or defend them when they have been unjustly sued. We recover clients' lands and obtain their damages. We form their businesses and help them in their start-ups. We help develop subdivisions, create shopping centers and condominiums, and close real estate transactions promptly and fairly.*  We handle adoptions, custody cases and divorces in a manner to obtain the most equitable results. We treat Mom-and-Pop's with the same attention as our multi-million dollar clients. We do not do bankruptcy, immigration, labor, malpractice, patent, worker's comp, or criminal law.

Our staff graduated from Rice University, The University of Texas at Austin and Southern Methodist University. One of us is a Texas Super Lawyer ©, and the Texas Board of Legal Specialization has certified two of us as shown below.**  We average more than twice the state required continuing legal education per attorney per year.
